Manual Lymph Drainage

A soft soothing massage intended to encourage the natural circulation of the lymph through the body, this technique is particularly helpful in reducing swelling. This massage does not use oil, allowing the walls of the lymph vessels to breathe and stretch which encourages lymph drainage.
