Born in Vietnam and raised in Europe, Kim Vo approaches every coif like a blank canvas. He honed his coloring and styling skills at Cristophé and Privé in Beverly Hills, then set up shop for himself with salon executive Alberto Borrelli. He began his professional training at The Spot in New York before eventually moving to Beverly Hills, where he joined Cristophe and Prive. Soon, L'Oreal hired him as a Master Colorist and he traveled to Europe where he began his in-depth study of cutting-edge French technology.
In 2000, he opened B2V with a roster of celebrity clients, including Teri Hatcher, Goldie Hawn, Kate Hudson and Pamela Anderson. He pioneered many now in-vogue technigques like "American Tailoring" and hair "dusting." Today, Kim is a celebrity himself and has been featured in hundreds of magazines and TV shows such as ABC's Extreme Makeover, Daily 10 and Roots on E! Entertainment, Tease on Oxygen, and Sheer Genius on Bravo. Additionally, he can always be found on award show red carpets where he corresponds for several fashion outlets.
