In an era when grooming made the man, Drucker's Barber Shop cared for Hollywood's elite, ranging from celebrities to captains of industry and notorious gangsters. Harry Drucker's regulars included Clark Gable, Tyrone Power, Bugsy Siegel, Frank Sinatra and Ronald Reagan. In the late 1970s, William Gornik was making history of his own when he took over Rothchild's, another legendary barber shop - whose clients included John F. Kennedy, Danny Thomas, Tony Curtis, Peter Lawford, and its own notorious gangster, Mickey Cohen. In 1989, William Gornik and Harry Drucker ended a long, but friendly, rivalry by forming Gornik & Drucker, now located at Montage Beverly Hills. William is always happy to share stories from his colorful past while his clients enjoy Gornik & Drucker's time-honored hairstyling and shave services.
